Job Description
a. Coordinates all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services and marketing.
b. Follow up on prospective leads including direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
c. Has a pleasant and clear telephone voice and positive attitude. ?
Desired Skills & Experience
- Preferred customer service experience 1 years or above.
- Telemarketing experience is a plus.
- Computer skills include Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, PowerPoint
