Part Time _ Operation assistant - Compensation: $11.00~$13.00/hour in Plainsboro, New Jersey

This is a part time operation assistant job in a distributor industry to assist sales team to work out each project and take care of all outbond and inbond shipments.  Working schedule is flexible from Monday ~ Friday; approx. 15 ~ 20 hours/week. We would only provide a full coverage of training with the right person who can work out our high expectations at work. If you have outgoing personality and can work independently as well as have some telemarketing experience, this great job will be perfect to make you fit. Other qualifications listing on the below you have will be a plus for our further consideration.
- Customer service experience 1 years or above
- Must be a team worker and can fit into the fast-paced environment
- Sales Order, Invoice & Receipt process
- Inbond & Outbond shipment arrangements
- Computer skills include Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks & PowerPoint
